Freemasonry is a society of men concerned with moral and spiritual values. Masons are taught moral lessons and self-knowledge. This is done with a series of ritual dramas which each mason learns by heart and then performed within each Lodge. These ritual dramas are the same as those learnt by our ancient brethren many centuries ago.
Through freemason teachings, a mason is taught a moral and ethical approach to life. Freemasonry seeks to reminds that there are those who are not as fortunate and that we should help those in need where we can. Freemasonry also promotes honesty in business, courtesy in society and fairness in all things. Members are urged to regard the interests of the family as paramount.
All members are free to acknowledge their membership and are encouraged so to do. Its constitutions, rules and ritual are in the public domain and there is no secret about its aims and principles.

Freemasonry is open to men of all walks of life, whatever race or religion who believe in the Supreme Being, i.e. God, by whatever name he is known to them.
